Are you experienced with import and export outside the EU? And do you thrive in playing an important role in relation to our close cooperation with our suppliers? Then maybe you are our new Logistic and Purchase Planner in ProCon Wind Energy A/S.
ProCon’s activities within the renewables industry with focus on onshore and offshore wind activities worldwide are growing globally, and we are therefore looking for a Logistic and Purchase Planner to join our Tender department in our Headquarter in Aalborg.
The job
We need our new colleague to take on an all-round logistic role and you will benefit from your deep knowledge and experience with handling all processes related to planning and performing shipping operations.
Your areas of work will include:
- Establishing and maintaining a close cooperation with customers and key suppliers
- Obtaining supplier offers
- Handling back-to-back terms incl. claims towards suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers in cooperation with immediate manager
- Issuance and follow-up of purchase orders
- Responsible for our current and future supplier agreements
- Responsible for storage and packing of deliverables for transport
- Ensuring sustainability requirements with regards to suppliers (Scope 3)
- Ongoing supplier evaluation
- Other ad hoc assignments
This is a newly created position, and you will refer to the Tender Manager.
Expectations to your qualifications
To succeed in the position, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies and experience:
- Experience with import and export in- and outside of EU
- Experience with deliveries to and from Asia – also internally in Asia – is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- Education in freight forwarding is considered an advantage
- Structured and detail-oriented in your way of working
- You are a good communicator in both Danish and English and thrive in a global environment
